The NEW L’usine CrossFit is taking shape! The gym is moved, and tomorrow we set up.
We are closed tomorrow, Easter Monday. See you all Tuesday at the new spot! 1499 rue William, Montreal. The new schedule will be posted tomorrow during the day.

As our new location continues to take shape, L’usine CrossFit announces new classes on the program, more hours available and a new Open Gym concept. These changes will take effect April 1st and the schedule will be updated shortly. For any questions or to book your membership contact Dominic at d@lusine.ca.

New Schedule – more mornings. more hours. more CrossFit.

Morning classes: New morning schedule; 6am, 7am and 8am weekdays. Morning members can take advantage of our new 15% OFF early bird special.
Afternoon classes: New 3:30pm and 4:30pm classes will be available Monday through Friday.
Weekends: Saturday – 10am, 11am, 12pm. Sunday – 11am, 12pm, 1pm

Open Gym – your schedule. your workout. anytime.

Offered for athletes that rather do their own workouts or a different programming on their own schedule. Open Gym will be offered during all hours of operation in a dedicated section of our new centre. Monthly membership for Open Gym will be $85 ($75/month for a 6-month membership).

Parents and kids – fun. laughs. CrossFit.

CrossFit moms: A  morning class dedicated to moms who love CrossFit. Offered during the week at 9:30am or 10:30am, you can bring your munchkin and he can either watch you train or we’ll keep him occupied.

Parents & Kids class: Offered during the week at 9:30am or 10:30am, this class is more of an activity for parents and kids. Team wods and wod toys make this class a hit.

L’usine CrossFit is very happy, excited, thrilled and relieved to announce the signing of L’usine CrossFit’s new 18,000sqft space.

We finally found the perfect location. Many of you had the chance to witness it first hand during the L’usine Firebreather competition this January. We plan on moving in as soon as possible and are happy to announce the following on-site services will be available.

• 6000 sqft of CrossFit space with more equipment, rowers and a 48’ pull-up rig
• A larger class schedule including more morning and evening classes
• A section dedicated uniquely to Open Gym (available 6am – 8:30pm)
• More showers, toilets and lockers (monthly rental will be possible)
• PrivateTraining service to work on weaknesses or injuries
• Café/bar santé for pre or post workout coffees, shakes and meals
• Chiro/Osteo/Physio clinic services to help with rehab, prevention and injuries
• Clothing store for all your CrossFit wardrobe needs
• Nutrition supplement store

This new facility will make L’usine the largest CrossFit facility in Canada and it is thanks to you!.

The Firebreather Series hosted by L’usine CrossFit in Montreal was an awesome event. Lots of great talent and an amazing atmosphere. This event was also the final qualifier for the Again Faster ON vs QC Throwdown.

The FireBreather is back!!!

In support of athletes on their way to the GAMES!!!!
All winners will be supported by our sponsors towards their goal of making the CrossFit games in California.

This competition will also be the 2^nd selection competition for the Again Faster Ontario vs. Québec throwdown! To be eligible as a potential candidate for the throwdown, athletes must register for this competition and send an email with bio info to Again Faster Canada.
