This Saturday, the brave and ever-ready members of L’Usine CrossFit in Montreal did a CrossFit Games Sectional Qualifier workout. This was a tough workout pushing many of our athletes to their limits…but it was FUN!!! Post your times and comments on this “wonderful CrossFit workout”.

150 meter Sand bag carry 80 / 50 lbs
20 Squat clean thrusters 135 / 95 lbs

20 DB Shoulders to overhead 45 / 35 lbs
40 / 20 Push-ups
Run 250 meters
50 squats
50 pull-ups

Agreed. This workout was tough. Who would have thought 40 push-ups would have to be done 3 at a time. Good work everyone. 20:22
45 pull-ups remaining at 30:00:00… gotta push harder next time. That and only do push press when it says push press and not clean and press!

Had 50 pull-ups to do with two minutes remaining.
Hard to believe there was a time when I couldn’t do 4.
I’m still sore from this weekend, three workouts in one morning was rough but I think the worse part was having to focus on cleans with JP in front of me.
I know. Those types of distractions should be penalized!!!
