L’usine CrossFit dominates the Canada East CrossFit Games Regionals

L’usine CrossFit is so proud of its athletes.
Not only did L’usine qualify 2 teams to go to the CrossFit Games in California this July, but our individual athletes all did great as well!

Congratulations to everyone!

Team L’usine CrossFit Ottawa (in Gatineau) – 1st place – Reza, Paul, Kyle, Natalie, Mylène, Jamie
Team L’usine CrossFit (Montreal) – 2nd place- Patrizzio, Dominic, Christopher, Mélaine, Émilie, Alexandra
Team L’usine Montréal – 7th place – Nick, Hin, Jeff, Lisa, Caro, Annick

L’usine Terrebonne: Francois

L’usine CrossFit won the Reebok Firebreather Trail held Feb 4th. Congrats to athletes Dominic Adam, Chris Kalec, Mélaine Petit, Émilie Pfeiffer-Badoux, Patrizio Delli Fraine and Alexandra Castonguay!
